Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Facebook Monitoring (fb.iskiie.id) application ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your personal Facebook profile to this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Facebook Monitoring (fb.iskiie.id) is a web-based dashboard that allows authorized users to:

• Connect a personal Facebook profile via Facebook Login (JavaScript SDK) and/or server-side OAuth.
• View account statistics including follower counts, following, and media count.
• Attempt to publish content via the Facebook Graph API where permitted by Meta for your app type and token.

3. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Use only your own Facebook account (or one you are authorized to manage).
• Comply with Facebook Terms and Meta's Platform Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Only connect profiles you own or are legally authorized to manage.
• Not use the Service to post content that violates Facebook Community Standards.
• Not use the Service for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• Keep your access credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

This Service uses the Facebook Graph API and is subject to Meta's API rate limits and policies. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by Meta deprecating profile publishing features or restricting your app or account.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of any content you publish through this Service. By using the Service to publish content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to that content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Access Token Security

This application stores Facebook user access tokens in a database to facilitate ongoing functionality. You can revoke access at any time by:

• Removing the account from the dashboard (which deletes the stored token).
• Removing the app in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or adjusting Facebook Login settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
