This Privacy Policy describes how Facebook Monitoring (fb.iskiie.id) ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Facebook profile data: When you authorize our application, we collect your Facebook User ID, a display label derived from your name, your name, and profile picture URL from public_profile.
• Access Tokens: We store user access tokens (exchanged server-side for long-lived tokens where possible) to sync profile data and attempt scheduled posts. Token lifetime depends on Meta policy.
• Usage Data: We may collect basic server logs including IP addresses and access times for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Display your linked profile on the monitoring dashboard.
• Attempt automated or scheduled posting via the Graph API where Meta allows it for your app and account.
• Maintain and improve the application's functionality.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the service.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secured database. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access tokens are stored securely and used only for the purposes described in this policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with any party outside of what is required to provide the service (e.g., communication with Meta/Facebook APIs).

5. Meta (Facebook) Platform Data

This application uses the Facebook Graph API and the Facebook SDK for JavaScript. By logging in, you agree to Meta's Terms of Service and Data Policy. Login scopes we request are:

• public_profile — Your Facebook user ID, name, and profile picture when you connect your account.
• pages_show_list — List Facebook Pages you manage so you can choose which Page to connect and obtain Page access tokens.
• pages_read_engagement — Read your Page’s public content and metrics we display in the app (for example, follower counts and counting published posts when syncing).
• pages_manage_posts — Create and publish posts, photos, videos, and carousels to the Facebook Pages you connect, including scheduled posting.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account remains connected to our application. You may disconnect your account at any time by removing it from the dashboard, which will permanently delete your access token and account data from our database.

7. How to Request Data Deletion

If you want us to delete your data from Facebook Monitoring, you can request deletion using one of these methods:

• From inside the app (recommended): Log in to https://fb.iskiie.id, remove your connected Facebook account from the dashboard, and your stored token and account data will be deleted from our database.
• If you cannot access your dashboard: Submit a request through our support channel and include your Facebook User ID and the Page/account name connected to this app so we can identify the correct record.

After we verify the request, we process deletion within 7 business days and send confirmation through the same support channel. If the account was connected again after deletion, new data may be stored based on the new authorization.

You can also remove this app directly from your Facebook settings at any time (Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites), which revokes token access on Meta's side.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data by removing your account from the dashboard.
• Revoke our application's access at any time through Facebook / Meta Business settings.

9. Children's Privacy

This application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
