• Facebook profile data: When you authorize our application, we collect your Facebook User ID, a display label derived from your name, your name, and profile picture URL from public_profile.
• Access Tokens: We store user access tokens (exchanged server-side for long-lived tokens where possible) to sync profile data and attempt scheduled posts. Token lifetime depends on Meta policy.
• Usage Data: We may collect basic server logs including IP addresses and access times for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Display your linked profile on the monitoring dashboard.
• Attempt automated or scheduled posting via the Graph API where Meta allows it for your app and account.
• Maintain and improve the application's functionality.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the service.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secured database. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access tokens are stored securely and used only for the purposes described in this policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with any party outside of what is required to provide the service (e.g., communication with Meta/Facebook APIs).

5. Meta (Facebook) Platform Data

This application uses the Facebook Graph API and the Facebook SDK for JavaScript. By logging in, you agree to Meta's Terms of Service and Data Policy. Login scopes include:

• public_profile — Basic profile information.
• email — If granted, for account linkage where implemented.
• pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts — List and publish to Facebook Pages you manage (required for scheduled posting).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account remains connected to our application. You may disconnect your account at any time by removing it from the dashboard, which will permanently delete your access token and account data from our database.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data by removing your account from the dashboard.
• Revoke our application's access at any time through Facebook / Meta Business settings.

8. Children's Privacy

This application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
